The true essence of "bellaVie" is therefore for us not unbridled fun, but the tranquility of mind that we can achieve by fully living all our experiences in harmony with the world around us. Ancient philosophy had already achieved this acquisition, which we take up again through the words of the Greek philosopher Epicurus:
